We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your Melvio purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within this period.
⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our brand, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- !You must record a video while opening the package for the first time
- !The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening
- !The video must be continuous — no cuts or edits
- !Claims for damage, missing pieces, or incorrect items will not be accepted without an unboxing video
- !The video must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery
Return Eligibility
- ✓Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- ✓Product must be in original, unused condition
- ✓Original packaging must be intact
- ✓All pieces of the set must be included
- ✓Proof of purchase (order confirmation) required
- ✓Unboxing video required for damage or missing item claims
Non-Returnable Items
- ✗Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- ✗Incomplete sets with missing pieces
- ✗Items returned after 7 days from delivery

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at devendrachoudhary55@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Attach your unboxing video if claiming damage, missing pieces, or incorrect items
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds

- •Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- •Bank transfer times may vary (typically 2–5 additional business days)
- •Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Received a Damaged Item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at devendrachoudhary55@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- •Your unboxing video (mandatory)
- •Photos of the damaged item
- •Your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
