We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your Melvio purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within this period.

⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our brand, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

  • !You must record a video while opening the package for the first time
  • !The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening
  • !The video must be continuous — no cuts or edits
  • !Claims for damage, missing pieces, or incorrect items will not be accepted without an unboxing video
  • !The video must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All pieces of the set must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) required
  • Unboxing video required for damage or missing item claims

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Attach your unboxing video if claiming damage, missing pieces, or incorrect items
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Pack the items securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our team
  6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the return
  • Bank transfer times may vary (typically 2–5 additional business days)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Received a Damaged Item?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at devendrachoudhary55@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
