Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Charges

• Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,999
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹1,999
• Express delivery charges are shown at checkout based on your pin code
• COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for eligible pin codes at no extra charge

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.

Packaging

All Melvio orders are shipped in signature Melvio gift packaging — a sturdy, well-padded outer box that protects the set during transit. We use custom foam inserts and bubble wrap for fragile pieces to ensure your set arrives in perfect condition.

Important: Please record a short unboxing video when you open your parcel. If any item arrives damaged in transit, this video is required to process a replacement. See our Returns Policy for details.

Delivery Failures & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails because:

• You provided an incorrect address
• You were unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts
• You refused delivery without a valid reason

Re-delivery charges may apply, and we are not obligated to refund the original shipping fee. If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated and resolve the situation promptly.
